Amal Neerad’s Iyobinte Pusthakam reach theater with heavy expectations. And recent reports from
theater shows that, Iyobinte Pusthakam fulfilling all expectations. After a
long Malayalam’s Slow motion stylish king Amal Neerad get back to screen with a
finely crafted period beauty.
Most of the portions of
the movie covered in Munnar. And rich frames with a different colour tone aided
by the beauty of Munnar helped Amal to make this movie as a notable one in his career.
The movie goes into the stylish action flicks category in Malayalam.
A little low stand
story has overcome by its technical backbone strength.
The movie primarily
focus on the periods from 1946 to 1957 and evolve through the socio-political
setting of the state through Iyob (Lal) and his three sons Aloshi (Fahadh
Fazil), Ivan (Jinu Joseph) and Dimitri (Chemban Vinod). The family lead by Iyob
literally struggle to hold the bonding together as a result of problems they
face due to the transition that was happening in the outside world.
The film is presented
as a narrative using the voice of T G Ravi. Trademark style of the director is
visible with high quality and rich frames to make the film look beauty and
stylish through the presentation is of a story that is happening years back.
Art works are make its beauty more. As usual Sameera Saneesh’s Costumes gave
more beauty to the characters on screen.
Fahadh Faasil as Aloshi was a
perfect casting and it was a different role for him when we compare this
character with his earlier ones. After Red Wine Fahad doing a role of follower
Jayasurya as Raaoother was
notable and very much impressive.
Jinu who had an
extended role here and Chemban Vinod did their part perfectly well supported by
Lal as Iyob, Vinayakan, Sreejith Ravi and T G Ravi. Among the female leads, its
Padmapriya who has a major part to play. Isha Sharvani, Lena and Reenu Mathews doesn't
have anything to perform as their roles are limited. Aashiq Abu appear in
a cameo role.
Camera is done by Amal
Neerad himself. And he make sure to capture the whole beauty of Munnar in his
frames. Story by Gopan Chidambaram and Screenplay by Syam Pushkaran. Edits by Praveen
Prabhakar were smooth and the music by Neha S Nair & Yakzan Gary Pereira
was perfectly suited the different moods of the movie. Songs were good along
with the visuals. But some where sort of songs music much similar to “Urumi”. Costume by Sameera Saneesh and art department
too deservesbig appreciation for their effort to makeover the whole scenes to
periodic feel of 1940’s.
overall a visual beauty and stylish movie. Surely it will not disappoint and

Mammootty’s Varsham hit
theater today. Getting excellent reports from all releasing centers. After entertainment
blockbuster RajadhiRaja, this is time to blast hit charter with a classical
family drama. Varsham may not be an experience or a path breaking film from
Ranjith Sankar. But we can put this as a "Good film" category with standout
performances especially from the king of classical emotional drama.
Varsham, pinned as a
slow paced movie with heart touching emotional blackmailing and that takes you
along with a simple and straightforward storytelling. It is not a mass entertainment film and it
will abolutly lovable one for audiences who likes to watch films without any
entertaining elements, the film try to pass a message for the public to move
forward in life after a bad phase in life.
The whole movie revolves around Venu Gopal and his family. Mammootty as lead
role Venugopal. He runs a finance company. The financial dealings with the
public is just like any other private finance company but a sudden incident in
his life turns things reverse. From that incident Venu and his wife loose focus
in life. Asha Sarath done the role of Venu’s wife.
According to the story
, this movie cannot claim anything great or big but the way this story has been
treated makes it a good and pure classical flick without any unnecessary suspense
or thrilling elements of the so called entertainment movies.
Performance Analysis Mammootty as Venugopal in family man face, this may be one of his best contribution that we have seen in recent times. The character had different shades at different times and the actor in Mammootty delivered it so nicely and classy. Certain emotional scenes have his trademark stamp all over.
Asha Sharath was a bit out of screen in the initial portion of the first half. But again in serious and emotional moments, she make her stand clear. T G Ravi was apt in that role well supported by Sunil Sugatha, Sajitha Madathil, Haresh Peradi and Sudheer Karamana. Technical Analysis Direction from Renjith Shankar is nice and dialogues written by the director himself is one of the positives highlights of the film. Cinematography and edits well supported. Bijipal as usual gave a good feel to satisfies emotional scenes with his background score. Songs are much hyped before release of the movie by releasing it through whatsapp, and is much worthy for this kind of film.
Bottom Line Varsham, for the classical movie lovers, it a surely a good and pure film that touch you with its emotional content and the effort in spreading something good for the society

The trailer of Vijay
starrer "Kaththi" was expected to release last weekend. But till now,
there are no signs of its release. Now, we hear that the trailer release has
been delayed intentionally and it is likely to release 48 hours before the film
release. Indeed, the delay has frustrated the fans, who have been waiting to
see the latest video clip with bated breath.
The first reason is
that the makers of the film did not want to get into unnecessary troubles. In
many cases, there were objections over the content after just watching a
film's trailer. And Vijay's latest film has been facing a lot of issues.
So, the delay in the
trailer release will ensure that the flick will have a trouble-free
release. This is also evident in its low-key promotions. Usually, a Vijay
starrer is publicised well. This time, we cannot see much of it. Another reason
is that the delay might disappoint Vijay's fans but it will definitely increase
the curiosity levels of the fans.
Considering these two
reasons, the makers have reportedly delayed the release of the latest trailer.
Vijay's "Jilla" trailer was also delayed and came out just a day
before the film released.
Prithviraj’s new Malayalam
movie “Tamaar Padaar” got released on today. Its a satirical comedy film scripted
and directed by debut Dileesh Nair. The title of the movie is too catchy to
grab audience attention at the very first moment. Now the question is whether
this movie is worth to watch or not. For the last few movies Prithviraj’s
selective approach to done movies is much appreciated by the audiences and
critics, but this time it got downwards by ‘Tamaar Padaar’. A weak storyline
along with listless scripting makes this film break the success series of
Prithviraj. After watching this, everyone will think about how ‘choosy Prithvi’
select this script that doesn't give him anything to perform nor does it have
anything exciting to offer in terms of overall plot.
Jumper Thambi, Tube light
Mani and Pauran IPS are the three characters around which the movie is narrated
through the voice of Adv Jayashankar. Each character is introduced one at a
time and their story is told one after the other. By the first half gets over
we get a picture of Thambi and Mani while Pauran makes a brief appearance at
the stroke of intermission. The three characters does not have any connection
but at some point the story interlink these three to take the movie forward.
For making viewers
laugh and entertain, actors like Baburaj and Chemban Vinod do their best making
appearances in films in between moments and situations. But to watch them
continuously for an hour was too tiring though the two actors did their part
well. By the time Prithviraj appeared, it was too late and it was all for a
loosing cause. The narrative style of the movie with the voice of Jayashankar
was plain irritating.
It the whole picture ,
Baburaj and Chemban Vinod score well. Baburaj and Chemban Vinod gave their best
to entertain but with limited success. For Pritviraj, it was totally a wrong
choice of selection and all this movie would do is to break his continous
success and good selection of scripts he makes these days. Srindha Ashab as
Valsala was nice in her brief role that does not have any major presence in the
Debut Director Dileesh
Nair’s direction was good, but in according to the narration style and Script,
that done by himself is makes the movie below average. Bijipal has done a neat
job with the two songs while BGM was also nice. Cinematography by Alby was good
while the editing wise it go down.
Bottom Line Verdict
Tamaar Padaar somehow
it fails to entertain and satisfy the audience, but have some non-repeated
comedy scenes in it. But it make out a disappointment after watching.
Tamaar Padaar is
a Malayalam satirical Comedy film ,
scripted and directed by Dileesh Nair, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead.
The film also features Baburaj ,
Chemban Vinod and Srinda Ashab in pivotal roles. The movie is produced by Renjith in the banner of Rejaputhra Visual Media. In the film, Prithviraj Sukumaran acts as SP Pouran,
whose main intention is to capture the notorious Sukumara Kurup.

got a desktop, and a tablet. How will that work?
Windows 10 isn't just
about PCs. The operating system will run on everything from desktops all the
way down to smartphones, and the user interface will adjust accordingly.
Apps will be coming
along for the ride too, though Microsoft hasn't explained how that's going to
work. We do know that you'll be able to buy one app from the Windows Store and
expect it to run on all your devices. Developers will presumably need to make
universal apps that will adjust their look and feel, depending on your devices
size and capabilities.

Windows 10 beefs up
Snap, the function that lets you quickly arrange apps side by side, with a new
quadrant layout that lets you split your display up among up to four apps.
There's also support for multiple desktops (finally), so you can keep all your
work apps in one place and quickly slide back to the desktop with your blogs

that lives on the taskbar. Click it, and you'll get a quick look at all of your

It's too early to say. Windows

ancient processors, but it otherwise played well with PCs that weren't too old.
Suffice to say, if you're picking up a newer device any time between now and
Windows 10's release next year, you should be good to go. Once again, if you're
willing to take risks, you can check out the Windows Insider Program for
an early look.

Movie begins from post
independent and modern India where Ravi Chandra Sekharan, an IT professional
and an active blogger takes us to the life of KTN Kottoor, a poet, a writer and
a man who stood for the cause of farmers and the poor in the pre independent
India's struggle for freedom. Kottoor as shown in the movie is a looser who
could not reach or achieve his dreams.
The film tried its best
to be a classy one but with a slow pace in movement and showing the past mixed
with the present, a sort of confusion is created that hamper the movie watching
experience. So the portion where the story of Kottoor is shown gets a confusing
feel that lacks clarity. Also it was too lengthy but again since the product is
based on a novel, that makes the director in a tough position as he cannot
remove and chop scenes that will do injustice to the book.
Dulquer had a different
and well written character with him and he has done justice to both the roles
he portrayed. A long list of supporting actors are there in the film and everyone
has contributed with their own share. Suresh Krishna, Haresh Peradi, Joy
Mathew, Sadhique, Saiju Kurup, Irshad and Renji Panicker were the standout
performers. There are no female leads as such with Muthumani, Sajitha Madathil,
Anumol and Jyothi Lakshmi making up the female actors and each of them have
importance and prominence in the overall picture and all of them were equally
good and convincing.
Cinematography by Manoj
Pillai made a difference in the tone and frames while Bijipal's music was a
different one blended with Rafeeq Ahmed's poetic lines. Editing by Sandeep
Nandakumar was fine. Also a word of good for the art direction who has done a
superb job with his craft. It is produced by the director Ranjith himself under the banner of Gold Coin Motion Pictures.
Njan with a different
